Kevin Morris is a native Georgian, whose practice focuses on federal civil rights and municipal liability litigation. Kevin’s experience also includes handling complex environmental claims, with a particular emphasis on storm water drainage litigation. Kevin is frequently retained to present oral argument at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, having more than litigated more than 50 cases through the appellate process. Kevin also has a passion for technology, and has been very involved in expanding the firm’s use of technology to meet the needs of its clients. Moreover, Kevin enjoys helping lawyers and clients use technology to improve their professional and personal lives.
